Tales of woefull support

Support doesnt have to be hard. I love xstandard, but their support sucks. Check out this email from them.

Now does that suck or what! I don’t even think they looked at it! They have a great product, I think it is about time they upgraded their support staff!

Fair enough I am trying something pretty new, but even so, that level of support just doesn’t cut it. To top it off the reply was returned within 5 minutes of me sending my email!
